Q- What is your Cancellation Policy?

A -72 hours is required for all cancellations. 

Q- Can i rent four Waverunners ?

A- Only one Waverunner rental per Customer.

Q- Do the ski's come with a full tank of fuel?

A- No. They go out empty and they come back empty. Each ski holds 18-US Gallons of fuel. Regular unleaded 87-Octane.

Q-Do you supply the lifevests or PFD's?

A-Yes. No Extra charge for Additional Life Vests.

Q- How old do I need to be to rent / sign the contract?

A- We require that the person signing the contract is 25 years of age or older.

Q- Can I send my friend and have them pick up the Waverunners for me?
A- No. The lessee has to come to pickup the vessels/vehicle because they have to sign the contract.

Q- Can I use cash for the deposit?
A- Yes. 

Q- What lakes can I take the Waverunners to?
A- You can take the Waverunners to any lake in the U.S. You cannot take the Waverunners in salt water or to Mexico.

Q- Can you deliver the Waverunners to the lake for me?
A- If you do not have a tow vehicle, Uhaul can rent you a Ford F150 pickup for $19.95/day.

Q- What size trailer hitch do i need?
A- 2" ball.
